Katherine Pehlivan
Top NYC Property Manager
Katherine has over two decades of hands-on experience managing buildings and properties in the NYC metropolitan and tri-state area. She holds two upper-level degrees including an MBA from a top-rated CUNY school.
She is grateful to have worked alongside some of the best in new development and property matters, including industry-recognized engineers, attorneys, developers, and professional landlords.
In addition to her notable education and property management achievements, Katherine has several certifications ranging from building systems maintenance to other important skill sets that make her one of the most capable NYC property managers in the industry.
During her off time, she likes to cook and enjoys spending time with friends and family; as well as reading a good book cuddled up with her cats and sipping a hot cup of tea.
Katherine believes that keeping your word matters and overcomes obstacles for her clients regularly.
